Our Vision for the Common Wealth Center

Our long term objective is to open a nonprofit center, which will provide affordable, high quality office and program space, shared meeting space and back office infrastructure, allowing tenant organizations to serve their constituencies more successfully.

The C3 Nonprofit Center is designed for organizations of all sizes:

Anchor Tenants will have dedicated offices and share meeting space and back office resources.

CommonSpace Tenants will have dedicated desk space in a common work area and access to the shared meeting space and back office resources.

VirtualDesk Tenants will rent monthly blocks of hours, which include access to shared desk and meeting space and back office resources.

Tenant organizations would share these resources:

Phone system
IT system and Wifi access
Copier center
Mail room
Kitchen
Reception
Bookkeeping .

Tenants, community organizations and local artists will have access to affordable multi-use space to host:

Meetings and conferences
Classes, workshops, seminars, and other educational programs
Fundraising events
Cultural events
Rehearsal and performance
